1 rip banana, mashed well (banana replaces the butter :)
1 cup slenda ( called for sugar but splenda is better and no calories)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup peanut butter ( i like to use PB2 from www.bellplantation.com, much healthier)
pinch of salt ( i use No salt, sodium free alt.)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 cups instant or old fashioned
Directions..
1. Place all ingredients except the vanilla and oats in pan and bring to boil over medium heat- stirring often.
2. Let the mixture boil for one minute, remove from heat and then let cool for one minute.
3. Add vanilla and oats and stir well to combine.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
I really like these alot. Bein on a strict diet we all need a lil something good now and then. These will not break your diet at all :) ENJOY!!!
